Silica Supplier & Exporter — High-Purity Quartz, Glass and Foundry Grades
SiO₂ Silicon Dioxide · SiO₂ 79.9 – 99.71%
Bulk silica across three grades — high-purity quartz certified to 99.71% SiO₂ with iron at 0.06%, a glass-batch grade at 95–98%, and feldspathic sand carrying its own alumina and alkali. Ten samples are published in full, with a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis per shipment.

Grades & Chemical Analysis
Three grades, split on what the chemistry will actually let you do with them. Purity decides the glass; alumina and alkali decide whether it is quartz at all. Select a grade to view its full analysis.
High-Purity Grade — Flat and container glass, foundry, filtration
High-Purity Quartz
- SiO₂
- 97.63 – 99.71%
- Fe₂O₃
- 0.05 – 0.67%
- Al₂O₃
- 0.070 – 1.17%
- CaO
- < 0.01 – 0.31%
- MgO
- < 0.02 – 0.12%
- K₂O
- 0.01 – 0.26%
- Na₂O
- < 0.01 – 0.23%
- TiO₂
- < 0.01 – 0.11%
- Loss on Ignition
- < 0.01 – 0.53%
Ranges are the spread across the certified samples in that band, not a blended average. The feldspathic grade is sold as a ceramic raw material, not as quartz — its alumina and alkali are the reason to buy it. A batch-specific CoA is issued per shipment.
Silica — Certified Sample Analysis
All ten samples on the published analysis sheet, reported as certified. Reading down the SiO₂ column shows where high-purity quartz ends and feldspathic sand begins.

Sorted by silica content, not by sample number, so the grade bands read in order. S505 certifies loss on ignition as −0.01%, a rounding artefact of the method, and is shown as a dash. S505 and S508 additionally report BaO at 0.03% and 0.01% and Cr₂O₃, Cu, Pb and Zn below 0.01%.

If none of the grades above matches your target chemistry, fineness, or packaging, tell us your requirements — we produce custom grades to your exact specification.
Applications
Silica is bought on what is not in it. The same sand serves very different trades depending on how far the iron and alumina have been driven down.
Flat & Container Glass
Primary batch former; iron content sets the achievable clarity.
Foundry Moulding Sand
Refractory mould and core sand for ferrous and non-ferrous casting.
Water Filtration
Graded filter sand and support gravel in rapid gravity filters.
Construction & Mortar
Silica aggregate in high-strength grout, screed and render.
Ceramics & Glaze
Body filler and glaze former; the feldspathic grade brings its own flux.
Ferrosilicon & Silicon Metal
Lump quartz as the silicon source in the smelting furnace.

Packaging, Logistics & Trading Terms
How we screen, bag, certify and ship silica. Terms can be adapted by agreement — tell us what your operation needs.
- Minimum Order Quantity
- 1 × 20 ft container (approx. 25 MT) bagged. 500 MT minimum for bulk vessel. Trial quantities available for qualification.
- Packaging
- 25 kg and 50 kg PP bags, 1–1.5 MT woven jumbo bags, or bulk. Washed and dried grades bagged with a moisture-barrier liner on request.
- Incoterms & Loading Ports
- EXW, FOB, CFR and CIF (Incoterms® 2020). Standard loading at Bandar Abbas and Bandar Imam Khomeini; other ports by arrangement.
- Quality Certification
- Batch-specific CoA with every shipment covering SiO₂, Fe₂O₃, Al₂O₃ and loss on ignition. SGS / Bureau Veritas inspection at buyer’s cost.
- Lead Time
- 7–14 days for standard grades after order confirmation; 15–25 days for custom-milled or specially packed material.
- Storage & Handling
- Store under cover and keep dry. Silica is chemically inert and has no shelf-life limit, but damp sand cakes and will not screen or flow. Handle milled grades with respirable-dust controls — crystalline silica dust is a recognised hazard.
Certificate of Analysis
A batch-specific CoA is issued with every shipment. Third-party inspection by SGS, Bureau Veritas or an inspector of your choice can be arranged at the buyer’s cost.
